We design and provide large, clear warning signs tailored to your site’s needs, ready for you to display prominently.
These IPC-compliant signs deter violators and lay the foundation for you to issue parking tickets on private land if you need to.
You will then be issued with login details to our system that will allow you (or a nominated person) to issue parking tickets on private land, legally and enforceable.
We have 2 ways a parking ticket can be issued depending on your requirements:
Standard Ticketing: Attach a physical ticket to the vehicle’s windscreen, photograph it with the sign and registration plate visible, and submit online or by post – then you’re done.
-OR-
Click Charge system: For customers who do not wish to issue a physical ticket and in this case just snap a photo of the offending vehicle and sign in view, upload it to our mobile friendly online portal, and we will do the rest by issuing the the charge to the registered keeper for payment, appeal, or driver details.
The Click Charge system is fast becoming the preferred way of issuing parking tickets on private land – it takes less than 1 minute to enter the details into the online portal when you are at the vehicle, take a live photograph without anyone knowing a ticket is being issued therefore ensuring no confrontation – The registered keeper will receive the charge a few days later, again fully compliant with Schedule 4, Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
Following the issue of the parking ticket on private land and we have collected the parking charge from the driver, you will receive £15 for each ticket (using our free setup system, or £25 if you have pre-purchased the signs) – This is paid to you via BACS automatically with no need for you to submit invoices.
Once the parking ticket on private land has been issued we deal with all correspondence with the registered keeper or driver, there may be times that we need to validate certain information to validate things such as an appeal but all enforcement action is taken by our office with no reference to yourselves.
We also find that at a large number of sites the installation of our signs alone resolve your parking issues without the need to ever issue parking tickets on private land, but you are partnering with a company known for court success in enforcing unpaid tickets.
Our system is backed by Schedule 4, Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 in order to rely on keeper liability in England & Wales for unpaid parking tickets on private land, this means that subject to conditions being met when the ticket was issued and the keeper contacted (which we ensure is done) then as a result we can hold enforce the charge against the registered keeper of the vehicle if we do not know the name & address of the driver.
There is a requirement that all self ticketers need to be approved by the IPC in order to issue parking tickets on private land, this is a requirement set out in the code of practice and all parking companies are subject to this requirement, this is £15 per year and is charged by the IPC. (only 1 is required per site).
